Others-Other Available Shrubs
There are many other plants and shrubs that we grow here at the nursery that just don’t fit into one of the other families. They have been placed here on this page until they find a more comfortable page to be listed on.
Some of these are very limited in quantities and are usually not found in most nurseries or garden centers. If you are looking for a good-sized shrub for a centerpiece or large specimen, take a look at a few of these.
Trumpet Honeysuckle vines will make a blank arbor, trellis or pergola come alive with visits from little winged swordmen checking out the sweet nectar in their long tubes of red.
Some of these have very fragrant flowers. Early season favorite Golden Currant is also known as Clove Bush because of the fragrance. Fothergillas put off a honey smell and Mock Orange gives off a slight, well, orangey smell. Glossy Abelia wows the late summer air with sweet fragrance that the bees adore.
